In addition to my NHS experience, I also bring a strong housing sector background, gained through property management and my role on the Resident Strategy Group for a G15 Housing Association. This has given me valuable insight into tenancy issues, resident concerns and housing-related disputes.

Based in Croydon, Unity Resolution Mediation supports individuals, organisations and community groups across South London and surrounding boroughs, with remote mediation services available UK-wide.

With 21 years of experience as an NHS Manager, I have worked extensively with a wide range of stakeholders, developing strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
